Directions From VA Beach / Greenbrier / Etc. Take 264 to 64 towards Greenbrier / Suffolk. Travel over the high rise bridge and take exit 297 (Military Hwy). Go straight at the end of the ramp into the Cavalier Industrial Park on Cavalier Blvd. Go approximately 1 mile and take a left onto Cook Blvd., after crossing the railroad tracks on Cook Blvd. take the fourth driveway to the right, follow to the center of the building to Unit 13. 

Directions from Suffolk / Western Branch / Etc.  Take 664 South until you connect with 64 going towards Virginia Beach / Chesapeake. Take exit 297 and turn left at the end of the ramp. Go to the first light and turn left into Cavalier Industrial Park onto Cavalier Blvd.  Go approximately 1 mile and take a left onto Cook Blvd.  After crossing the railroad tracks on Cook Blvd. take the fourth driveway to the right, follow to the center of the building to Unit 13 Elite Cheer and Tumble.
